From the Calendar module you can view and create meetings, schedule calls and tasks. These activities can be coordinated with other members of the staff by invitations from the calendar. The calendar displays only your meetings or others you were invited , calls, and tasks scheduled by the day. The Day, Week, Month, Year, and Shared buttons display above the calender. The calendar system allows the company to display preset closings, track employees days off, add a day closed, create a group meetings-calls-conferences and send invitations to those invited and loads it on there calendar if they accept the invitation.
Users can check the schedules of other users you plan to invite to a call or meeting. Click Shared and check the user's schedule in the shared calendar. You can move backwards and forwards in the calendar- by one day, week, month or year. In the week, month or year format, you can click on any date to view that date in day format. |
